By visiting our website, using our application, creating an account where available, or otherwise accessing CRAVE, you agree to comply with these Terms and applicable law.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information may be handled.

You may use CRAVE only if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable law and meet any age requirements that apply to the relevant Services.

If account registration is available, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current registration information.
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Keep your account information reasonably up to date.
• Use your account in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

Do not impersonate another person or create an account using information you are not authorized to use. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law.

CRAVE is designed to help people discover restaurants, explore food experiences, and engage with restaurant-related content and community features that may be available.

You agree not to use CRAVE to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users.
• Post fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or misleading content.
• Access another person's account without authorization.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of CRAVE.
• Introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.
• Collect user information without appropriate authorization.
• Use the Services for spam, scams, or unauthorized commercial activity.

We may take reasonable action when we believe these Terms have been violated, subject to applicable law.

Depending on the features available, CRAVE may allow you to submit reviews, ratings, photos, lists, comments, profile information, or other material ("User Content").

You retain ownership of content you own. By submitting User Content, you grant Explore Crave LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, maintain, and improve the Services, subject to your settings and applicable law.

You represent that:

• You own the content or have permission to submit it.
• Your content does not unlawfully violate another person's rights.
• Your content complies with these Terms and applicable law.

Do not upload private, confidential, or personal information about another person unless you have the necessary permission and a lawful basis to do so.

We want CRAVE to be useful, welcoming, and respectful. Content or behavior that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful may be restricted or removed.

You must not publish fake reviews, manipulate ratings, misrepresent your experience with a restaurant, or use accounts to deliberately deceive other users.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts in response to violations of these Terms.

If you encounter content or behavior that may violate these Terms, contact our support team at brandon@explorecrave.com with a description of the concern and relevant details.

We may investigate reports and take appropriate action where permitted. We cannot guarantee that every report will result in content removal or account action.

Please provide accurate information when submitting a report. If reporting or blocking tools are available within the application, you may also use those tools.

Restaurant names, locations, menus, prices, opening hours, availability, images, ratings, and other information may change and may come from restaurants, users, or third-party sources.

We do not guarantee that all restaurant information is complete, accurate, current, or available at all times. Please confirm important details directly with the restaurant before making plans.

CRAVE may contain links to third-party websites or services. Those services are controlled by their respective providers, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

The CRAVE name, branding, logos, interface, design, software, and original materials provided by CRAVE may be protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by us, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from CRAVE's protected materials or software.

You may voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback about CRAVE. To the extent permitted by law, we may use that feedback to improve our Services without an obligation to compensate you.

Your use of CRAVE is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our information practices and the choices that may be available to you.

If you have an account and wish to request deletion, email brandon@explorecrave.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request." Include the account email address or other reasonable information needed to identify your account. Do not include your password or verification codes.

We may need to verify your request. Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by law, including for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.

We work to keep CRAVE available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be discontinued.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CRAVE is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet every user's requirements or that all information will always be accurate or reliable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights, warranties, or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in your jurisdiction.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Explore Crave LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

You may stop using CRAVE at any time. If you have an account, you may request deletion using the process described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Where reasonably necessary and legally permitted, we may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or restrict features to protect users, maintain service security, address violations, comply with legal obligations, or prevent misuse.

Where required by law, we will provide applicable notice or other procedural protections. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to CRAVE, our practices, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the date shown at the top of this page.

If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it as required.

Your continued use of CRAVE after revised Terms take effect will be subject to the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are subject to the laws applicable to Explore Crave LLC and the Services, without overriding any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or CRAVE will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any valid dispute resolution requirements.
